The Memphis Youth Development Group (MYDG) uses a specialized curriculum designed to enhance youth development.  Mentees and Youth Ambassadors collaborate with an Adult Mentors in a group setting, creating a cycle of learning and teaching through community. As Mentees progress through Self-Awareness, Building Confidence, and Applying Leadership, Youth Ambassadors (peer mentors who have successfully completed at least 1 year of programming) advance their leadership capabilities by focusing on Mentorship Foundations, Leadership Excellence, and Community Impact.
